The Sober Identity Shift: 21 Day Alignment Reset
Â
This is less of a “quit drinking” challenge and more of a “remember who the fuck you are” challenge.Â
Â
You don’t identify as an “alcoholic.” AA has always felt too serious or too Christian for you, and the thought of going to meetings in metal folding chairs in a church basement the rest of your life makes you want to keel over. I get it.
Â
Maybe you’re drinking a lot less than you used to. You can quit for a couple weeks here or there. But removing the alcohol didn’t remove the shit you were using alcohol to escape.Â
Â
Your boss sends one passive aggressive email which leaves you seething. Your husband makes one comment that makes you feel completely fucking unseen. You spend the entire day doing shit for other people before you realize it’s 2pm and all you’ve had is coffee.Â
Â
So 7pm rolls around and you hit that familiar “fuck it” moment. You don’t necessarily want the wine but it’s the fastest way to shut it all up and have one fucking moment that feels like yours. Then the one glass turns into the whole damn bottle and that turns into every night again - and it turns into a shame spiral of “why can’t I just moderate?!?!”Â
Â
You’ve read the popular quit-lit books - This Naked Mind, Quit Like a Woman - listen to the podcasts like Sober Powered, maybe even done a sober challenge with a friend. And you can quit for a few weeks, maybe even a few months. But eventually, you find yourself wanting the wine again. Because none of those things reach the part of you that needed alcohol in the first place.Â
Â
Alcohol isn’t the whole problem. It’s the thing you’ve been using to cope with the problem.
Â
For YEARS you have chosen alcohol to override your…
-
BIG emotions that everyone has made you wrong for “feeling too much”.
-
body’s natural pace because your fear of abandonment keeps you wanting to “keep up” so you’re never forgotten again.
-
boundaries because the last thing you want to deal with is someone being disappointed in you.
-
truth because it’s more comfortable to manage the comfort of others around you than your own.
Â
And then you wake up one day wondering why the fuck you feel so disconnected from yourself.
Â
You keep trying to become a stronger woman who can tolerate more bullshit. You get up at 5:30 am to work out because you’re convinced discipline is the thing you’re missing, even though you’re fucking exhausted. You tell yourself to “stop being so sensitive” when something hurts instead of admitting you’re unhappy about something. You double down on meditation or massages to counteract the bullshit you tolerate.
Â
Or have tried to become better at moderating how much you drink during the week and when you go out, only to keep shaming yourself because you can’t stop at two like your friends. You always want more.
Â
As a high-achieving independent woman, the last thing you have an issue with is being disciplined. You have the strongest willpower out of anyone you know. Except when it comes to NOT drinking.Â
Â
It’s a disconnection problem for all my logical girlies.Â
An alignment problem for all my woo-woo girlies.Â
Â
If you keep trying to take away the alcohol without addressing the job that alcohol was doing for you, the worst part of the cycle will continue forever. This is the scariest part for you.
Â
BUT when you stop focusing on the alcohol - and focus on removing the people-pleasing tendencies, shitty boundaries, overworking, and emotional suppression that made you rely on alcohol in the first place - the byproduct is becoming the most confident, aligned version of yourself that NEVER thinks about drinking alcohol ever again.
Â
The Sober Identity Shift: 21-Day Alignment Reset is a guided process to help you:
-
Understand what alcohol was actually doing for you.
-
Identify where you’re abandoning yourself in your everyday life.
-
Regulate your nervous system without immediately reaching for escape.
-
Recognize your progress and wins along the way, to keep you focused on what truly is already working VERY WELL in your life.
-
Understand your emotions through the lens of Human Design instead of trying to control, suppress, or intellectualize them.
-
Replace forced routines with practices that actually feel sustainable.
-
Reconnect with your needs, boundaries, intuition, spirituality, and truth for the first time, ever.
-
Start creating a sober identity rooted in who you actually are - not who you’ve been conditioned to perform in order to fit in. This makes navigating the “messy middle” so much easier!
Â
What you can expect during this 21 day experience:
-
This is NOT a 21-day alcohol-free challenge. Though being or becoming sober for this challenge is highly encouraged.
-
It is NOT about just plugging away counting days, earning gold stars, or using shame as motivation to not fuck up and drink again.
-
It’s about changing your relationship with yourself so alcohol stops feeling like the only doorway to relief and you start to become your own source of relief, forever.
Â
Here is how it’s going to go down!Â
Week 1: See the Pattern
Gets you grounded in the 3-D world with practical suggestions to set you up to feel empowered to tackle cravings. This is where we create space and nervous system safety in order to receive healing insights. You’ll start to notice your drinking/craving loop patterns so you can actively interrupt them.
Â
Week 2: Stop Abandoning Yourself
We practice staying with and observing emotions instead of numbing. You’ll learn about your energy and emotions through the lens of Human Design. You’ll evaluate where you’re leaking energy, and explore boundaries and the power of saying no. Notice where you’re proving, performing, pleasing, or overriding yourself. Â
Â
Week 3: Remember who you are
This week you reconnect with Source and your intuition. Design a daily rhythm that supports you. You take off the mask that alcohol was giving you, and connect with the vision of your future self.
What you get:Â
-
21 short daily interactive videos (3-6 minutes) designed to be easy to incorporate into a busy schedule. Repetition and habit is more important than length here.
-
Three deeper weekly teachings including Human Design and Astrology.
-
A guided, interactive Notion workbook

Nervous-system regulation practices.

Â
Imagine having a difficult day where life be lifing and feeling strong enough to stay sober and present and actually wake up clear and empowered the next day.Â
Â
Imagine saying NO and protecting your energy without writing a six-paragraph explanation.Â
Â
Imagine letting yourself rest without needing a glass of wine to not feel guilty about it.
Â
This is for you if:
-
You’re sober, sober curious, sober-ish, cutting back, or ready to seriously examine your relationship with alcohol.
-
You know alcohol isn’t the only thing that needs to change.
-
You’re tired of repeating the quit–crave–cave–shame cycle.
-
You want a spiritual approach without surrendering your personal power.
-
You’re deeply self-aware but still feel disconnected from yourself.

You’re willing to take responsibility for creating a life you no longer need to escape from.
This is not for you if:
-
You want someone else to tell you what to do.
-
You want sobriety to change your life without changing anything about how you live.
-
You’re unwilling to look honestly at the relationships, habits, and bullshit you’ve been tolerating.
-
You want to be told you’re powerless.
