Sober By Design
Two weeks of private Human Design support for women figuring out who the fuck they are without alcohol.
Â
This is not another Human Design reading where you feel seen for two seconds, say âholy shit, thatâs so me,â and then go right back to overriding yourself. Â
Living your Human Design takes integration. Living it in real life.Â
And thatâs exactly what these two weeks are for.
Â
You thought quitting - or cutting back a lot - would make things clearer. Easier.
Instead, youâre standing in front of your closet wondering if you even like these clothes. Sitting through dinner wondering if you actually even like these people. Getting to Friday night and realizing you have no fucking idea what you want to do.
Â
Everyoneâs proud of you for not drinking, saying you look so good now...
Meanwhile, youâre thinking: âOkay, but what do I do with myself now?â
Â
Your tolerance for bullshit has plummeted, but your ability to say no hasnât caught up. Youâre still agreeing to plans you dread, swallowing your opinions, and saying âwhatever you wantâ when youâre desperate to figure out what YOU want.
You donât want your old life back. But you donât quite feel at home in this one yet.
Â
And there are feelings that come with all of this.
The guilt after saying no. The grief of realizing a friendship only worked when you were drinking. The loneliness of no longer fitting where you used to belong - and not knowing where you fit next.
Deconditioning can feel isolating as fuck. Especially when everyone around you expects you to be happier now that youâre sober, and youâre trying to explain something you barely have words for yourself.
You need somewhere to bring whatâs coming up. Somewhere you donât have to pretend youâre fine or have it all figured out.
Thatâs part of what these two weeks are for, too. Space to work through the emotions with someone who understands this in-between place - while you practice trusting yourself inside it.
And I PROMISE you, working through all these feelings and RELEASING THEM is actually liberating as fuck.
Â
And trying to become the woman with the perfect morning routine, a gratitude journal, and a sparkling water permanently attached to her hand isnât answering the bigger question:
What do I actually want now that Iâm no longer drinking my way through what I donât?
Â
And underneath it are questions you canât shut up:
âAm I boring now, or did I need to be drunk to enjoy this?â
âDo I actually want to go, or am I scared theyâll stop inviting me?â
âWhy am I still saying âIâm easy, whatever you wantâ when Iâm so fucking tired of doing what everyone else wants?â
âWhat if I donât want the life everyone expects me to be grateful for?â
Â
Sobriety has made some things blaringly obvious. But seeing what needs to change and trusting yourself enough to act on it are two different things.
Thatâs where we work.
Â
Sober By Design
A two-week private experience to help you understand yourself through Human Design - and practice using that understanding when your actual life happens.
Â
Weâll explore your decision-making authority, your energy, and the places youâre most susceptible to outside pressure, or conditioning.
The things youâve called âtoo sensitive.â The need to prove you can handle everything. The way someone elseâs disappointment suddenly becomes your emergency.
So you can start catching yourself in the moment youâre about to sell yourself out - and practice making a different choice.
Because âHoly shit, thatâs meâ during a reading is a beginning.
What happens when your friend says, âYou used to be more fun,â is where the integration comes in.
Â
Hereâs whatâs included
Â
-
A personalized, pre-recorded Human Design reading: Made for you, your chart, and what youâre navigating in early sobriety. Iâll explain the most relevant parts of your design in plain language and connect them to your real-life patterns. Watch in your own space. Pause. Replay. Let it land. And if you've already had a Human Design Reading from me, no worries, we can always go deeper into specific areas! :)
-
Two weeks of private Telegram support, including voice notes: Bring me the messy, specific shit. âI said no, and now I feel like a bitch.â âI agreed to go, but I already resent everyone.â âI know what I want. Why am I still asking my mom?â Weâll unpack whatâs happening, connect it to your design, and practice responding without immediately handing your power back.
-
A personalized integration guide: Your key takeaways, reflection prompts, and practical experiments - so you have a way to keep working with what you learn.
Â
No scheduled calls. Space to reflect and support as you put this into practice.
Â
What are we actually practicing?
Having a preference before checking everyone elseâs, through the lens of YOUR Human Design.
Saying, âThat doesnât work for me,â without submitting a fucking dissertation.
Leaving the dinner before you start resenting everyone at the table.
Resting without spending the entire time mentally prosecuting yourself for being lazy, and unpacking WHY you feel that way, so you can release it for good.
We will work through emotions as they come up, using your design as guidance, and practice healthy ways to regulate the nervous system.
Letting someone notice youâve changed without rushing to reassure them youâre still available for the same old bullshit.
Building a sober identity you actually want to live inside.

Iâm Casey, an IHDS Certified Living Your Design Guide and author of Go to the Desert - Healing from Alcohol: A Spiritual Perspective.
I know what itâs like to quit drinking and discover how much of your life depended on being able to tolerate things you didnât actually want.
Human Design helped me recognize the ways I kept overriding myself. Now I help women bring that understanding into their own lives - with room to ask questions, get honest, and practice.
You donât need to figure out your entire future in two weeks.
Start with the next yes you donât mean. The no you keep swallowing. The truth you keep hoping will become less inconvenient.
You donât owe anyone the drinking version of you.
Letâs find out who gets to show up now.
